Given that, the lack of creativity and ingenuity around reaching an investor really astounds me. There are a lot of ways to reach investors by being a little more creative--without being creepy. That's not to say you should follow me home and stand outside my house, but being a little bit creative about how to reach someone goes a long way. Since I launched my fund , I've gotten around 50 offers to work with me. For some reason, everyone wants to be a VC.

And don’t forget creative fund raising.


These are just some of the ways to creatively raise funds without offering equity or taking on new debt. Since some entrepreneurs are completely adverse to sharing equity, and some greatly fear taking on any form of debt, creative fund-raising is certainly worth considering.
