It is the key to “customer development” that Steve Blank talks about. It was Steve Blank – creator of the “customer development” process, founder of E.piphany (a high profile CRM company in the late 90’s that IPO’d in 1999), instructor at both Stanford and Berkeley and author of a well read blog.
