Everybody has a blog these days and there is much advice to be had. Draw from Frameworks. The most helpful type of advice in my mind are frameworks for how to solve a problem. On market segmentation I often recite my “ Elephants, Deer & Rabbits ” framework. Each is a framework for thinking about a problem.

A framework to think about pricing seed, angel, and venture capital rounds

This is going to be BIG.

For web development, usually it's pretty much the same across the board, but if you're making jewelry in China, it's going to be hard to get much done with a 500k seed round. More often, its probably closer to 25%, but since this is a blog post, I'll try to look more entrepreneur friendly.
