Amazon is *nailing* this with books. The one-click Amazon to my Kindle experience is fantastic. This is where Amazon is really missing the boat. Amazon uses the data of other humans, but not humans that you actually care about—which misses the opportunity created by influence. Click, I have a book everywhere I read.
