I was still contemplating applying for law school, and I saw this as an opportunity to learn more about the legal business, sales, and with the territory covering the entire West, I’d get to travel to nice places as a bonus. It seems the world has done just fine with one less lawyer in the mix. I’m not a product inventor. Emulate them.

It has the diversity and cheaper rent necessary for great creative potential and I think you're going to see a lot of development next year of Brooklyn as its own unique, but complimentary community of innovation. With the release of iCloud, that's less of an advantage now than it used to be.

This requires you to be strategic and creative, as well as open-minded and flexible. For local restaurants and bars, having an outdoor patio may have given you a leg-up on your competition during the spring and summer, but is not sustainable throughout the colder months. Of course, not every opportunity will be so precise.
