There could well be an AI agent using a large language model (LLM) to determine where to sort your email, or it could just be some Gmail filters. An AI agent can sort customer queries, fix a few bugs, or update your website—but a single AI agent can't do all three. Don't get me wrong—agentic AI represents some big advances.
