In 2018, the state of Nebraska released Blueprint Nebraska, a strategic plan aimed at identifying the state’s core economic development challenges to create pioneering solutions. This was the first step in building Nebraska’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, but more funding was needed in order to expand the initiative statewide.
