The median number of Director seats held by angel groups for their 2022 investments was 4.5, Overall, 40% of financing rounds had an angel representative of some sort (Director or Observer) at the close of the round and 70% of angel groups had at least one Board or Observer seat among their portfolios of 2022 deals.
