In addition to the election of the new board members, one current board member was re-elected for a second term and a Vice Chair was elected.

Kwame is the Founding Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Black Star Fund , an early-stage venture capital fund. Kwame is an honors graduate of Stanford University.
