WASHINGTON– This week, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced the International Business Innovation Association (InBIA) as a Stage One winner for the 2024 Growth Accelerator Fund Competition (GAFC).
In a few days, the InBIA community will convene in San Antonio for ICBI38! This vibrant locale, nicknamed Alamo City, River City, Military City, and even the City of Creativity for Gastronomy, will offer much more than just presentations and networking events.
As Enterprise Support Organizations (ESOs), we are continually seeking ways to improve our services and offer better assistance to our food-based clients who wish to scale their businesses. The first step in this process is introspection. We will identify areas of improvement and strategize on how best to enhance our capabilities. What internally would we need to do as ESO's to better help ourselves and to better assist our clients with scaling?

Community Huddle: Global Ecosystems On November 17th, InBIA hosted its quarterly community huddle with a total of 53 individuals registered to attend. The event revolved around Global Ecosystems. During the meeting, members discussed the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in obtaining funding. The conversation delved into various points related to this struggle.
