By 2021 investors were paying 2x the “normal” price of early-stage deals, 4x for growth deals and 7x for late-stage deals.

Of note for ACA members, the bipartisan infrastructure bill set an expiration date of September 30, 2021 for the employee retention tax credit created by earlier coronavirus relief bills.
