I didn’t want to write it because I have mixed feelings about AngelList. My personal use. Just don’t use AngelList as a short-cut for the hard work. But to be clear, used properly there is NO downside to AngelList for entrepreneurs. It will be a great way of organizing your dealflow as a sophisticated angel.
