I’d guess that upwards of half of USV’s portfolio companies have changed the name of their company during their lifetime. A good example of the later in life name change is our portfolio company Dronebase which changed its name to Zeitview this week. So the company is in its ninth year.

Zeitview , the company formerly known as DroneBase , today announced that it raised $55 million to further develop its air and ground data capture tech. Zeitview was founded in 2014 with the goal of bringing a new resource to businesses: the sky. But it’s fair to say that it’s more technologically sophisticated.
