In June 2007, I applied to work for a tech startup based out of New York City’s Silicon Alley. Here was the best part: The startup served the performing arts industry and that same summer of 2007, the iPhone was released. I wrote things like: freedom, creativity, intellectual stimulation, writing, psychology.
