I'll bet you don't know where the Center of NY's Tech Community and Center of Creativity is. Back in the late 90's, a lot of money and real estate brokering went into trying to make it so, however. It's in the Financial District--right at 55 Broad Street. It says so right on their website.

Not only did I want it to include people working on the future of digital media at ABC, but I also had in mind the roll that other types of creative people have in the inspiration of a city.
