This is going to be BIG.

Real estate isn't what it was. So when opportunities to invest in private tech companies aren't getting filled by existing players, you wind up with people from other asset classes and other pools of capital jumping in. It's not like there's some magic asset class that people are flocking to instead of venture? I doubt it.
