By 2011 the market had started to change dramatically. There were a lot of requests for us to turn our mentorship program into a physical accelerator with a fund, office space and full-time staff. We announced Fund I in 2011. Adam & I decided we wanted to return to our roots and focus on mentorship, which is our passion.
