After much thought, I decided it really did make sense for me from a learning and growing perspective. EO has 18,000 passionate entrepreneurs with incredible stories and a zeal for life. Being an entrepreneur has been largely circumstantial. Months later, I was encouraged to apply as Regional Chair (RC) for Europe.

Esther was talking about problems and entrepreneurs as far away as Russia. I felt that each of these experiences were data points – input – for me in establishing a compass for my own personal sense of the where the world would head. Take lots of inputs but then let your internal compass set your course. Fight monoculture.

I think what truly connected me to Shriya was her passion to the arts, her compassion to other people and people around us, and just your talent.
