The Past (1985-2002). In in the early 90′s I was in my early 20′s and I programmed on mainframe computers using COBOL, CICS and DB2. By the mid-nineties we had the World Wide Web, which gave us a standard way to publish web pages using HTML. It isn’t new stuff. Don’t Stop Believing.
