I get sucked up in “Do” mode. Now, I’m pretty on the record that being an entrepreneur is about being great at The Do. But getting caught up in the doing can often leave you directionless. I had one of the biggest mental breakthroughs about what I want to do differently at GRP Partners in 2013.
If you haven’t read it, please do. I do about 15 in person meetings / week … that’s about 750 / year. That’s still about 400 new meetings that I do every year. Then I get people sending me Twitter comments, blog comments and tons & tons of email intros. It’s an important reminder.
