There were a lot of requests for us to turn our mentorship program into a physical accelerator with a fund, office space and full-time staff. Adam had a full time startup and then was doing consulting (he later raised a VC fund). Throughout 2012 & 2013 we funded many companies and then pulled together a second fund.

We also sat down and talked about what the big challenges for 2013-2016 would be for the company and we are in the fortunate position of our major issue being how to handle growth.
