In 2011, under the leadership of Public Policy Chairman Dan Rosen (Seattle, Washington), ACA decided to engage Washington, DC counsel to navigate public policy on Capitol Hill, the executive branch and the Securities and Exchange Commission. ACA continues to follow the SBA’s lead in recruiting more diverse investors and founders.
