Over four appointments, I experienced how much progress we have made during the pandemic and how much more we have to go before we have a high functioning software powered health care system in the US. The pandemic has forced health care providers to use mobile apps and software to automate much of the check-in functionality and that is great news. Last week, I had to clear my calendar for two days and spend them in doctors’ offices and radiology labs.
