GCUC Mastermind is a virtual learning series focused on the accelerating nature of work and the humans driving it. You need new skills and new information to thrive post COVID-19 and we are here to help. Over the course of four weeks we will focus the following topics, diving deep on one each week. Marketing, Best in class ecosystems, the future and Finance.

This week we will be talking about all things finance.

In the first session, Jon Haveman the Executive Director of the National Economic Education Delegation (NEED) will break down our economy and what a global pandemic is doing to it. In addition to that, Jon will drill down into his predictions for real estate, retail and coworking/flex space. Knowledge is power. Let’s learn about our economy so we can make informed decisions.

In the second session we have IWG, Cohoots and a drop in CFO (that has a coworking space as their main client) breaking down what reporting you should always have on hand. We will discuss what you need to have ready to approach a landlord about a joint venture and the validity of “you should always buy the building”

It’s going to be an epic one.

No one has been left unscathed from COVID-19, including us. We want to do our part and help where we can. With the assistance of our sponsor essensys, this event is being offered at no cost to you.
