In the dynamic world of technology and startups, few entrepreneurs stand out with their innovative approaches and compelling vision. One such individual is Mohd Qaiser Malik, a trailblazer in the tech industry whose journey from the bustling streets of India to the prestigious halls of Babson College in Boston reflects a story of ambition, innovation, and success.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Mohd Qaiser Malik, originally from India, has carved a niche for himself as a visionary entrepreneur and a tech enthusiast. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Bangalore Institute of Technology and currently an MBA candidate at Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Malik’s educational background lays a strong foundation for his entrepreneurial ventures. His journey includes pivotal roles at The DriveSales, Go Online, BAE Internet, and TACT, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation. From leading teams to architecting growth strategies, Malik’s career is marked by significant achievements, including generating substantial revenues and onboarding thousands of clients.

What motivated you to launch your startup?

I was motivated by the desire to create impactful solutions that address real-world challenges. Observing the struggles of small businesses in establishing an online presence, I founded Go Online, an AI SaaS e-commerce platform, to simplify their digital transition where we enabled 40,000 businesses in India to take their business online and helped businesses generate over $400,000. My entrepreneurial journey is driven by the ambition to make a tangible difference in the tech landscape.

What is it that excites you about what you’re building?

The most exciting aspect is seeing the direct impact our platforms have on businesses and individuals. Whether it’s enabling startups with tech through BAE Internet building web and mobile applications for our clients or enabling small businesses to thrive online with Go Online, the success stories of our clients are what fuel my passion.

What has been your biggest challenge when growing your startup?

Navigating the complexities of scaling a business, especially in a diverse market like India, has been challenging. Balancing innovation, team management, and customer satisfaction while scaling up required a strategic approach and relentless focus.

What are your future plans for your startup?

My vision is to expand our reach globally, continually innovate our offerings, and sustainably grow our impact. I aim to leverage my experience and the network I’m building at Babson College to scale new heights.

If you had to share “words of wisdom” with a Founder who’s about to start their own startup, what would they be?

Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, remain adaptable, and always prioritise customer needs. Building a successful startup requires perseverance, a clear vision, and the ability to learn continuously.

How can our readers follow you on social media?

Readers can connect with me on LinkedIn and follow my journey as I continue to make strides in the tech industry.

This was very insightful. Thank you so much for joining us!
