Today’s guest is Nihal Mehta, the founder of Eniac Ventures. They invest in bold leaders who use code to create transformational companies. They especially focus on seed rounds and early-stage companies.

Before becoming a venture capitalist, Nihal created 5 companies himself. Some of these went bankrupt and others were acquired for millions of dollars. So he’s seen the full range of what can happen at a start-up and used these experiences to help many other founders.

He is a strong believer in helping founders from underrepresented backgrounds and he does this through the initiatives such as ‘The 100k Pledge’ and through his wife’s initiatives such as ‘Girls Who Code’ and ‘Marshall Plan for Moms’.

You can learn their stories and their best advice throughout this episode!

We hope you enjoy the episode and don’t forget to share it with others.
