I got a ton of responses and that led me to bone-conducting headphones. I have been using AfterShokz bone conducting headphones for the last six months and they work well. So when I came upon this Kickstarter project to make a pair of “smart” bone conducting headphones , I got interested.

While destinationless journeys do appeal to many, work without clear paths and goals is inefficient. What happens here is that people waste their time and energy on tasks that yield little results and are then barely left with resources to do the actual work. The only way to deal with this problem is by distinguishing the important, less important, and unimportant jobs.

Cross-border payments startup dLocal has raised $150 million at a $5 billion valuation, less than seven months after securing $200 million at a $1.2 billion valuation. This means that the five-year-old Uruguayan company has effectively quadrupled its valuation in a matter of months. Alkeon Capital led the latest round, which also included participation from BOND, D1 Capital Partners, and Tiger Global.
