The first workshop was the Community Entrepreneurship Accelerator (CEA) Snapshot, which provided an insight into the work Forward Cities is doing in Indianapolis, Kansas City, New Kensington, Columbus, and Pittsburgh. He runs a black-focused co-working space. He is the founder and principle of SMN Square headquartered in Richmond, VA.
