What motivated you to launch your startup?

The catalyst was a combination of seeing businesses struggle to harness the full power of Salesforce and a personal desire to create lasting, transformative change. I recognized that there was a significant gap between having a tool like Salesforce and maximizing its potential. Coast 2 Coast Cloud Consulting was born out of the need to bridge that gap, ensuring businesses not only use CRM but truly benefit from it.

What is it that excites you about what you’re building?

Every time we bring clarity to a business’s CRM chaos, it’s a win. The real thrill comes from witnessing the ripple effects of our solutions — how improved CRM strategies drive growth, streamline operations, and ultimately contribute to a company’s larger success story. It’s not just about technology; it’s about crafting narratives of transformation.

What has been your biggest challenge when growing your startup?

Scaling while maintaining the quality of our services has been the most challenging. It’s one thing to provide excellent services to a handful of clients, but as we grow, ensuring that every client receives that same top-notch experience is vital. This requires a balance of recruiting the right talent, consistent training, and ensuring our company culture remains client-centric.

What are your future plans for your startup?

We’re aiming to cement our position as thought leaders in the CRM consulting space, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. Our goal is to expand our offerings, delve deeper into AI-powered CRM solutions, and ultimately become the go-to consultancy for businesses looking to transform their Salesforce operations.

If you had to share, “words of wisdom,” with a Founder who’s about to start their own startup, what would they be?

Embrace the journey, not just the destination. The startup path is filled with highs and lows, but each experience offers invaluable lessons. Surround yourself with a support system — mentors, peers, and a team that shares your vision. Most importantly, always stay connected to the ‘why’ behind your startup; it will guide you through the toughest times.
