By sharing their journeys, our goal is to boost awareness and promote the adoption of a circular economy in Armenia, catalysing a transformative shift toward sustainability.

Tinos Eco Lodge
Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of Tinos Island, the Eco Lodge stands as a testament to responsible tourism. Founded by passionate eco-advocates, the lodge represents a significant departure from traditional holiday accommodations.
Instead of maximising visitor numbers or luxury, the focus here is on sustainability and minimal environmental impact. Every element of its construction, from the energy-efficient designs to the use of local materials, embodies circular economy principles.
By offering workshops on permaculture and sustainable living, the lodge also educates its guests, encouraging them to adopt a more environmentally friendly lifestyle. The result is an innovative model that challenges the status quo of the tourism industry and showcases the tangible impact of eco-entrepreneurship.
Coffee-Eco
Coffee, is a staple in the lives of many, yet its production often comes at a significant environmental cost. With an average of two cups of coffee consumed daily by each person, the waste generated equates to 50 grams per day and 93.5 g of CO2e. This is where Coffee-Eco steps in.
With a mission to reduce that waste, Coffee-Eco uses espresso byproducts to create microbiome-friendly skincare ingredients. This innovative business is not only recycling coffee, beer, and wine waste and turning it into valuable products, but it is also helping other businesses in the hospitality industry embrace circularity.
Coffee-eco works with hotels, providing eco-friendly options to guests by repurposing coffee waste and returning hotel amenities made from it. It’s a great way to transform your food business from linear to circular.
