His current company Octopus Energy was founded in 2016 and is already worth $5bn with $6bn in revenue and 3100 employees. They grew so fast by carving out technological advantages over their competitors. Remarkably they don’t have an HR department and have pledged £50m to help households struggling during the energy crisis.
