This week we had the pleasure of interviewing friends and GCUC Australia Partner Brad Krauskpof. For those who are not familiar with him, Brad is the mastermind behind one of Australia’s largest and most social conscious and sustainable coworking brands, Hub Australia

What in your life are you most proud of cultivating or creating? Why?

Hub Australia! Leading role in Australia disrupting an industry, happy customers that get deep value from what we provide, being able to create a company considered by its team to be a top 20 Great Places to Work in Australia in 2019 (under 100 employees), and making a BCorp certified and Carbon neutral certified impact.

What podcast would you recommend to others and why?

Startup.com for lot’s of practical and honest stories about growing startups, also How I built this.

What is one piece of advice you give everyone that works with and/or for you?

Treat every role as a learning opportunity for your next one

What advice would you give to someone thinking of becoming an entrepreneur?

Perseverance is the one thing that you will undoubtedly be called on for, again and again and again.

What is the best habit you ever started? What habit do you want to start but haven’t yet?

Started daily meditation (and walking as the norm for how I get around). Never seem to nail how to transition from work day to home evening
