We’re excited to announce that we are holding interviews for the Winter 2020 batch in Bangalore for founders based in India. Interviews will take place from November 10 to 12 and are like regular YC interviews in every way. The application is the same, as well as what we look for in the application and the criteria for acceptance. The only difference: you can stay closer to home.

If accepted, you will join the YC Winter 2020 batch immediately. The in-person program starts in January in Mountain View, California, but you will receive funding and have access to YC partners and resources right away.

To date, we have funded over 50 companies from India, including ClearTax, Meesho, and Razorpay. In our S19 batch alone, we funded 12 Indian startups after traveling to India to conduct interviews internationally for the first time. We look forward to interviewing more Indian founders in their home country.

The deadline to apply to meet us in Bangalore is September 25, which is the same deadline for everyone applying to YC.
